During two days (13-14/5/2014), at PVFCCo’s headquarters, Petrovietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation coordinated with Vietnam Safety and Environment Joint Stock Company in organizing a training course on Labor Safety and Hygiene for PVFCCO’s Hygienic Safety workers.
Attendees of the training course, from Vietnam Safety and Environment JSC, included Mr. Pham Gia Luong, Deputy Director of Bureau for Safe Work, Ministry of Labour, War Invalids and Social Affairs, Director of Vietnam Safety and Environment JSC; from PVFCCo, Mr. Le Van Quoc Viet – PVFCCO’s Vice President; Mr. Tong Xuan Phong – Chairman of PVFCCo Trade Union and 48 hygienic safety workers from PVFCCo, PVFCCo SBD, Dam Phu My Packaging JSC.
On the basis of knowledge from previous training courses, this course would help hygienic safety workers master knowledge and better understand about their tasks of labor safety and hygiene. Accordingly, these hygienic safety workers will urge, remind and instruct personnel in their units to strictly observe regulations on labor safety and hygiene; preserving safety equipment and personal protective means; reminding heads of units to comply with regulations on labor safety and hygiene. Also, the hygienic safety workers will supervise implementation of standards and regulations on labor safety and hygiene etc., identifying any mistakes and violations on labor safety and hygiene of employees and unsafe equipment cases; providing instructions on labour safety measures to new employees in their divisions/departments/teams…:
