On April 6, 2018, at the headquarters of PVFCCo, a crash course was organized for nearly 70 marketing staff of PVFCCo’s Sales group and regional companies. This was a crash course held annually by Marketing and Communications Division (PVFCCo) to provide updates on new trends, information and knowledge and also create an opportunity for marketing staff of PVFCCoand regional companies to meet each other, exchange their experience and propose ideas in customer approach, sales and customer care.
At the opening ceremony of the course, Mr. Duong Tri Hoi – Vice President of PVFCCo emphasized: “PVFCCoand regional companies have regularly organized marketing, customer approach and customer care activities. In order to maintain our market position and prestige,quickly sell our products, we need, however, constant improvement, innovationand more creativity to keep us outstanding and increase the close connection, loyalty of customers on a sustainable and long-termbasis.”
At the beginning of the program,Marketing and Communications Division briefed marketing staff on outstanding and distinguishing features of Chemical technology Phu My NPK produced by Phu My NPK Plant and aniticipated possible scenarios when Phu My NPK products are commercially produced and launched to the market in the first stage; The Division also introduced new points in the process of conducting workshops, discussions, group meetings; classification of Phu My NPK packaging by region according to PVFCCo’s latest update.
After that, the key lecturer – ExpertLuong Ha–enthusiastically presented, exchanged knowledge on “omni channel” – an integrated multi-channel retail model, the art of “surrounding” rural customers. The expert provided his hints and suggestions on the Journey map to customers, the contact point, “touchpoints”, “pain”, “lifetime partnership” with customers, the ability to apply technology in sales, customer care. He also talked on how to make customers not only loyal but also become “defense lawyer”, “influencers” for products …, 5 practice groups enthusiatically discussed and came up with specific proposals for farmer groups, co-operatives and dealers of Phu My Fertilizers. These ideas and summary of assessments made by the lecturer wouldbe a valuable source of information for PVFCCo’s member companies as well as each marketing staff to consider and apply to work.
