In the lastest flooding period, Central people suffered seriously from human and properties, especially in Ha Tinh and Quang Binh Province. With the distribution area alongs from the Northern to Quang Binh, some business customers of PVFCCo in Quang Binh also suffered from loss by flooding. Upon those struggles, PVFCCo North coordinates with Phu My Fertilizer Distribution System to support and share a part of their income to help customers in same network as well as farmers overcome difficulties, and the amount is more than 600 milllion dongs.
From 24/11 to 25/11/2020, Mr. Luong Anh Tuan, Director of PVFCCo North and Mr. Trinh Xuan Tan, Chairman of Thieu Yen Trading Joint Stock Company in Thanh Hoa, gave the amount more than 600 million VND, including cash and fertilizer, to distributors and 200 households suffered from flooding in Quang Long Ward – Ba Don Town, Phong Thuy Commune – Le Thuy District (Quang Binh Province). In addition, through Red Cross Association of Quang Binh Province, PVFCCo North and its distributors also supported local people to overcome consequences of the flood.
Although this aid is unable to cover fully losses for suffered households, they showed the deep concern of PVFCCo North and its distributors for their customers. With these sentiments, customers as well as farmers along with the Red Cross were very touched by the sincere encouragement and practical gifts. This will be part of the driving force to help customers, farmers in particular and Quang Binh flooded victims in general to restore their life and business in the coming time.
