In order to exchange information on sales policy and experience on effective sales of Phu My fertilizers, from Sep 25 to Sep 27, 2014, in Nghe An Province, Petrovietnam Fertilizer and Chemical Corporation North (PVFCCo North) organized a Workshop on exchange of experience in Phu My fertilizer sales to sales employees of Northern agents.
The workshop attracted opinions on product quality, packaging design, and information on agent system care for close relationship between distributors and consumers. Especially, an issue received special interest of the workshop was the exchangeof sales experience for new products, such as Phu My NPK, Phu MyPotassium.
Addressing the Workshop, PVFCCo North’s leaders expressed their gratitude and highly appreciated the support of sales workers, who had directly engaged in sales of PVFCCo’s products over thetime. PVFCCo North commited to constant effort, renovation, and creativeness for stable and effective business activites together with its agents, providing farmers with high-quality fertilizer products at reasonable prices and good services.
At the Workshop, in an effort to build a regular and long-term connection between sales workers of Northern agents and PVFCCo North’s marketing staff, the“Fertilizer Traders Club” was established to build an informative channel among members as well as a close connection between PVFCCo North and these sales workers.
Team Building activities among members took place in the open, friendly, and sharing atmosphere, for the close connection between PVFCCo North’s marketing staff and its agents.
