This afternoon (3rd December, 2013), at its headquarters, PVFCCo held the launching ceremony for the business idea contest. The event was live streaming online to every company members all over the country. Attending the ceremony were Mr. Cao Hoai Duong –President & CEO of PVFCCo, members of BOD, Management Board, Supervisory Board, divisions, business units, representatives from Phu My Fertilizer Plant, Dam Phu My Packaging JSC, PVFCCo SBD, leaders and employees of other subsidiaries.
Speaking at the launching ceremony, Mr. Cao Hoai Duong affirmed that the creative and unique business ideas are very important, especially in the growing fiercely competitive market and in the context of the current development of several new products of PVFCCo. Mr. Cao Hoai Duong appealed to all employees of PVFCCo to actively participate in the contest for the sustainable development of PVFCCo.
The business idea contest organized by PVFCCo, which takes place from 1st to 31st December 2013, aims at mobilizing the collective intelligence in searching unique, breakthrough, effective and feasible business ideas in areas such as: business, advertisement, new product marketing, sales promotion, customer care…The ideas awarded will be considered to be used in business activities of PVFCCo in order to improve its competitive edges, market share, product consumption, especially consumption of new product groups.
The value of the first prize is 40 million dongs (for investors group or collective invention), and 20 million dongs for individual inventor. Apart from that, there are second prize, consolation prize, prizes for highly appreciated inventions to be awarded to collectives, groups and individuals.
