In the afternoon of July 06, 2015, at its headquarter, Petrovietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation held a conference to review business activities of the first half and plan implementation for the 2nd half of 2015. Attendees included Mr. Le Cu Tan – Chairman, Mr. Cao Hoai Duong – President & CEO, members of Board of Directors, Board of Management, leaders of Functional Divisions, member companies. The conference was broadcast live to member companies across the nation.

At the conference, Mr. Hoang Tuan Vinh – Head of Planning Division presented preliminary report on production and business activities of the first half, plan implementation for the 2nd half of 2015. In the first 6 months, in general, PVFCCo has completed and exceeded the assigned targets and tasks: production output and sales have almost reached or exceeded the 6 month plan; Phu My Fertilizer Plant has successfully completed the 2015 overall maintenance plan; the investment project activities have seen good progress with the signing of 02 EPC contracts for Phu My NH3-NPK complex project on July 06, 2015. Other missions and targets such as corporate restructure, salary policy reform, research and development, marketing communication, social security etc., have been promoted and achieved their objectives; PVFCCo’s big events as Party Congress at all levels with outlook to PVFCC’s Party  Congress, the 2015 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, conference on exemplary role model etc., were held successfully. At the same time, the report also set out the key tasks and solutions to complete the plan for the last 6 months of 2015.

Then the Plant and representatives of member companies presented their reports on Phu My Fertilizer Plant’s maintenance task, management, quality assurance and sales of Phu My’s fertilizer products, investment project activities. The participants actively contributed their opinions and suggested solutions for PVFCCo operation in the 2nd half of 2015.

Speaking at the conference, PVFCCo leadership has warmly praised all personnel of PVFCCo and member companies for their effort to fulfill assigned tasks in the first 6 months. At the same time, in order to implement the plan for 2nd half of 2015 and the annual plan of 2015, PVFCCo leadership has also requested its member companies to pay attention and focus on implementing some tasks, such as safe and stable operation of Phu My Plant; assurance of quantity, delivery schedule, creativity in sales, marketing communication, customer service; following up and promoting the progress of the project; preparation for market, production and business of the UFC85 product; stock listing for member companies etc.
