This morning (10 July 2019), the PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation (PVFCCo) organized the PVFCCo Expert Conference with the participants of Mr. Le Cu Tan – the President & CEO, Mr. Le Quoc Viet – the Vice President and the leaders of the Phu My Fertilizer Plant, the functional Divisions/Boards and the experts of PVFCCo.

Opening the Conference, the representative of the Human Resources & Training Division presented the Overview report on PVFCCo’s building and and using of Experts. Accordingly, the Report’s contents include the criteria towards enhancing the key production and business capacity of the Corporation; hard-to-recruit and scarce occupations; the quantity of experts upon position according to the development strategy and production and business demands; The personnel who are put in the personnel plan are the ones with excellent profession, good moral qualities and they wish to contribute themselves in long term with the Corporation, etc. The experts participate and play important roles in the Corporation’s projects (NPK project, NH3 project, etc.), preside/participate in the scientific research topics, preside/participate in many events and programs, etc. to increase profit for the Corporation; have important contribution in the maintenance periods; take part in troubleshooting the breakdown of equipment and technology lines; take part in internal training; take the place of the domestic and foreign experts, etc. The Report also evaluates the expert usage, the evaluation criteria, some shortcomings in expert management and usage, and solutions in the future. After that, as the divisions that have utilized the experts in production and business section, the Phu My Fertilizer Plant and the Business Division presented their speeches on their operations and expert staff.

After the speeches, on behalf of the Functional Divisions and especially the experts of PVFCCo, Mr. Le Van Quoc Viet – the Vice President was very active in giving opinions with the aim of gathering, using and evaluating that PVFCCo’s experts are the high-quality, intellectual and professionally qualified human resources, and they have expressed their roles and could give advices to solve the Corporation’s problems in the new situations.

Speaking at the Conference, Mr. Le Cu Tan highly appreciated and praised the important contributions of the expert staff into the Corporation’s development during the past time, simultaneously he affirmed that: in the context that the Corporation stepped into an extremely challenging stage, the Corporation must continue to maintain the expert staff, but it was necessary to have suitable review and adjustment on the quantity, plan, evaluation criteria, training and welfare regime, etc. to use the experts the most suitably and effectively, improve the active and creative spirit, clearly show the roles as well as facilitate the experts timely give advices and solutions for the difficult problems that the Corporation was facing, as well as contribute to the Corporation’s development.
