In the afternoon of 5 November 2014, Central PetroVietnam Fertilizer & Chemicals Joint Stock Company (PVFCCo Central) organized a visit tour to Phu My Fertilizer Plant, located in Phu My I Industrial Park, Tan Thanh District, Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province, for its outlets in the Central and Highlands regions.
The tour aimed at 100 typical Phu My fertilizer outlets in the region, at 2nd and 3rd tiers, in order to promote, enhance PVFCCo’s reputation and build trust with the customers, provide them with an objective and truthful understanding of the manufacturing technologies and products of PetroVietnam Fertilizer & Chemicals Corporation (PVFCCo), thereby helping the customers grasp and understand more about such technologies and the quality control processes as satisfactory responses to the farmers’ concerns about the products.
During the event, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Hung, Vice Director of Phu My Fertilizer Plant, warmly welcomed PVFCCo Central’s customers and expressed his gratitude to them for their on-going trust, concern and past support to Phu My urea in particular and Phu My fertilizers in general. Simultaneously, the Company’s Management also attended to and responded the customer’s comments on the products in sincere and enquiring attitudes and looked forward to more sustainable and tighter cooperation with the customers for bilateral development.
Previously, the customers visited picturesque landscapes and learned about the history of Vung Tau City’s founding and development. The event, included in the activities of customer appreciation, is the chance to show PVFCCo’s customers its concern and care, to maintain long-term, friendly and enhanced relationship with them and promote deeper bilateral understanding.
