During the two days 20/03 – 21/03/2015, in Binh Dinh province, Central PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Joint Stock Company (PVFCCo Central) in cooperation with Capacity Building International Co., Ltd (CBI) successfully held the Workshop on “Creative innovation and collaboration in achieving 2015 business targets”.
Attendees of the Workshop included more than 50 sales and marketing employees of PVFCCo Central and dealers in its distribution system. The Workshop was aimed at summarizing, exchanging and sharing information on agricultural production situation, fertilizer market, etc… as well as evaluating business development of Phu My fertilizers over the past time.
The Workshop took place in the exciting, enthusiastic and open atmosphere: The participants were divided into groups to discuss many issues relating to market conditions, business activities, sales…for analyzing and proposing solutions on implementing 2015 sales and marketing targets.
Also in this Workshop, PVFCCo Central organized sports and music activities as opportunities to sales and marketing employees to exchange and learn from each other, thereby building the solidarity spirit, in order to help each other with information on sales and marketing tasks in the future time.
