Vung Tau City—April 27, 2020, Petrovietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation (PVFCCo) held a ceremony to announce the decision to appoint Mr. Ta Quang Huy as Deputy General Director for a 5 years term. Attending the ceremony, Mr. Hoang Trong Dung – Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Corporation; Mr. Le Cu Tan – General Director of GSO and comrades in the Board of Directors, Board of Directors, Board of Supervisors, departments leaders, member units, and other members of the Corporation.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Hoang Trong Dung and Mr. Le Cu Tan warmly congratulated Mr. Ta Quang Huy for receiving the trust of the PVN's leaders, PVFCCo, and being appointed as Deputy General Director of Corporation. BOD members expressed their hope that with his qualifications and extensive experience in the fields of safety and petrochemicals, primarily serving as an independent member of the Board of Directors of the Corporation, Mr. Ta Quang Huy will quickly embrace the new role as well as execution of assigned tasks.

After accepting a new role, Mr. Ta Quang Huy respectfully thanked the Group of Directors of the Group, Corporation, to trust and appoint a new position. Mr. Ta Quang Huy realized that this is an honor and a responsibility, pledging to unite unanimously with the Board of Directors and the entire Corporation's employees, strive to complete the assigned tasks. He also wished to continue to receive the attention and close direction of the Board of Directors and employees in the implementation of the assigned tasks.
