In the afternoon of April 10, 2017, in Ho Chi Minh City, South East PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Joint Stock Company (PVFCCo SE – stock code PSE) successfully held the 2017 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
Attendees of the Meeting included, from PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation (PVFCCo), Mr. Le Cu Tan – BOD Chairman, Mr. Nguyen Hong Vinh – BOD Member, Mr. Duong Tri Hoi – Vice President, Mr. Huynh Kim Nhan – Head of Supervisory Board, and Heads of other divisions, units of PVFCCo. From PVFCCo SE, the Meeting was attended by Board of Directors (BOD), Board of Management (BOM), Board of Supervisors (BOS) and especially, shareholders representing 94.09% of total shares with voting rights.
