According to Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX), SouthEast PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Joint Stock Company (stock code: PSE) will be officially listed on HNX from 18 March 2015.
PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Joint Stock Company with stock code PSE will be officially listedand traded on HNX with the reference price of 14,000 VND at its first trading session on 18 March 2015. With a capital of 125 billion VND, PSE will list all its 12,5 million stocks and the trading band in its first session will be +/-30%.
PSE’s parent company is PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation (Dam Phu My – DPM) which is also a large capitalization company on HOSE.
According to financial statements for Quarter 3 and for the first 9 months in 2014, PSE reached the net profit of 22.3 billion VND, a decrease by nearly 3 billion VND year-on-year. EPS in 9 months reached 1,788 VND/share.
According to PSE, in the first 10 months of 2014, it reached 243,677 tons in output, more than 2,415 billion VND in revenues, 32 billion VND in pre-tax profit. As a result, in the last two months of 2014, it needed to reach 48,323 tons in output, 562 billion VND in revenues, 6 billion VND in pre-tax profit to fulfill the whole-year target plan.
In its business registration certificate, PSE’s main business lines include: Fertilizers and chemicals for industry and agriculture (except chemicals of high toxicity and pesticides); trading in agricultural and forestry products and materials; Freight transport by road and inland waterway; Providing consultancy and technical guidance on use of fertilizer and chemicals, etc.
