In the morning of November 29, 2017, in Hanoi, PVFCCo was honored to be included in the list of “Employee-Oriented Enterprises” for the 3rd time and ranked in Top 10 awarded with Certificates of Merit by Ministry of Labor – Invalids and Social Affairs in 2017 for outstanding achievements in care for its employees.
Extending the titles awarded in previous years, this achievement reaffirms that PVFCCo is one of the companies taking the lead in improving working conditions, caring for material and spiritual life of employees, building a healthy corporate culture relentlessly.
Mr. Le Cu Tan, Party Secretary, Chairman of PVFCCo, said: “Apart from ensuring good income for employees, PVFCCo also takes every effort in care for their living, providing the apartment building of nearly 300 units for workers at Phu My Fertilizer Plant with complete utilities such as kindergarten, sports center, etc. as incentives for their creativity, devotion and long-term commitment to the Company, which is the basis for PVFCCo’s sustainable development in the context of integration and strong competition”.
