On 15 December 2018 in Hanoi, PVFCCo was honored in the “Typical Enterprises for Employees” Ranking for the 4th time, and it has been awarded the Certificate of Merit, for 3 consecutive years, from the Prime Minister (2016), the Ministry of Labor – Invalids – Social Affairs (2017) and the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor (2018) for its distinguished achievements in terms of employee treatment.
In this year”s Ranking, PVFCCo is present in the group of companies accomplishing beyond the law, so it was given extra points and exceeded the frame of 100 points as stipulated in criteria set. In addition, PVFCCo is among the top 25% of enterprises having the best income guarantee for employees compared to other companies in the Ranking, and no staff cutback even in its business hard times.

Therefore, we always try to create an excellent and dynamic working environment, as well as regularly provide opportunities for employees to practice and develop professionally, mentally and physically by our training programs and annual activities. Therefore, PVFCCo is always proud of the core personnel, who have been with the company since its establishment, and this is also the fundament for PVFCCo to keep developing and reaching further in the context of integration and the progressively intense competition,” said Mr. Tong Xuan Phong, Chairman of PVFCCo Trade Union.
An obvious evidence for the sustainable development based on PVFCCo’s collective effort is that PVFCCo has recently adjusted its business plan for 2018 with impressive growing financial indexes, which are higher than the planned figures announced in early 2018. Accordingly, the revenue is predicted to increase by 5.5 %, from VND 8,577 billion to VND 9,050 billion, and the profit after taxes to rise by 67%, from VND 371 billion to VND 620 billion. In the same year of 2018, the experienced personnel of PVFCCo have successfully operated the “Revamp of NH3 Unit and Construction of the first Chemical Technology NPK Fertilizer Plant in Vietnam” complex project, which contributes to the significant growth of this year and the following years.
This is the award which has been held by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor in collaboration with MOLISA and Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) since 2014. This year, from 168 applications passed to the second round, through rigorous grading rounds and an evaluation round voted by the Committee, 60 distinguished enterprises with the highest score were selected to be honored, of which 30 enterprises received the certificates of merit from MOLISA, Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and VCCI. Particularly, in this year, the score is not only based on enterprises profiles, but it also depends on the labor’s satisfaction, the thoughts and feelings of their enterprises, which was directly interviewed by the reporters of the Labor Newspaper. The selected enterprises are absolutely excellent, which all have high scores and high levels of employee satisfaction.
