On October 12th, in Hanoi, the Vietnam General Association of Agriculture and Rural Development held the ceremony to honor the “Vietnam Agricultural Gold Brand 2024,” recognizing products that have made positive contributions to the agricultural sector of Vietnam. The Petrovietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation (PVFCCo) was honored for its product, Phu My NPK 20-10-10+TE, due to its significant contributions to Vietnamese agriculture.
The “Vietnam Agricultural Gold Brand 2024” program was initiated by the Vietnam General Association of Agriculture and Rural Development in March 2024 nationwide. After nearly seven months of serious and responsible work, following the approved award regulations, the Central Selection Council selected 88 brands and products from 420 agricultural products across the country to be awarded the title “Vietnam Agricultural Gold Brand 2024.” Among these, PVFCCo’s Phu My NPK 20-10-10+TE fertilizer product was proudly included.
Phu My NPK fertilizer is produced using the most advanced European technology, overcoming the drawbacks of NPK produced by conventional methods. All nutrients and chemical components are “packaged” within a single fertilizer granule. This allows crops to absorb nutrients evenly and in a balanced manner. Additionally, this technology ensures the nutrients are tightly bound together, reducing evaporation and leaching, thereby increasing fertilizer efficiency and enhancing economic returns for farmers. The Phu My NPK product line has gained farmers’ trust across the country.
The Phu My NPK 20-10-10+TE product results from extensive research and adjustments by PVFCCo to suit different crops, soil types, and ecological zones. It has small granules that dissolve quickly for fast crop absorption, with high nitrogen (N) content, balanced phosphorus (P) and potassium (K), and adequate trace elements (TE), ensuring rapid growth and strong development of plants. This product is especially suited for the growth stage of sugarcane and durian shoots. Due to its small, fast-dissolving granules, it is particularly suitable for dry-season fertilization in the Central Highlands, benefiting crops like coffee and pepper. In addition to providing balanced nutrition for crops, the product helps plants withstand harsh weather conditions, thanks to the trace elements added to each granule.

This program has helped many localities and businesses bring their agricultural brands, products, seeds, and agricultural equipment closer to consumers, boosting market consumption and increasing value, generating significant revenue for companies and farmers, contributing to poverty alleviation, and accelerating rural development.
