On July 16th, 2014, at Phu My Urea Plant, PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Joint Stock Company organized the Opening Ceremony of Hall – Library – Meeting Room – Traditional Hall Facility of Phu My Urea Plant.
Among the participants in the Opening Ceremony, there were the leader of Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group (PVN), comrade Le Manh Hung – Vice President of PVN; and leaders of the Corporation, including comrade Le Cu Tan – Secretary of the Party Union – Chairman of the Board; comrade Cao Hoai Duong – Member of the Executive Committee of PVN Party Union and Vice Secretary of the Party Union, President and CEO of the Corporation as well as other members of the Executive Committee of the Party Union, Board of Directors, Board of Management, and other leaders and public people; managers of Departments/Offices of the Corporation; and leaders of subsidiaries; comrade Tran Minh Ngoc – Vice Secretary of the Party Union, President of PetroVietnam Construction Joint Stock Corporation (PVC), and comrade Vo Van Han – Secretary of the Party Union and Chairman of the Board of PVC Mekong – the contractor.
At the opening ceremony, comrade Cao Hoai Duong said that it was very time-difficult and expensive for the Corporation because it had no hall to organize many events and had to outsource frequently to do so. The investment in developing the Hall – Library – Meeting Room – Traditional Hall Facility of Phu My Urea Plant would enable the Corporation and Plant to flexibly organize their activities.The President also asked Phu My Urea Plant to develop a specific plan to use and manage the facility for its intended purposes and functions as well as to regularly maintain and repair to ensure its effective operation.
As a matter of facts, the Hall – Library – Meeting Room – Traditional Hall Facility work was commenced on August 01st, 2013 with total budget of 54 billion dong by PVC MeKong in accordance with the schedule and quality requirements, total floor area of 2,715 m2, consisting of following work items: hall, storage, library, meeting room, traditional hall with modern equipment. When it comes into operation, the Facility will offer space to organize big events, the library to respond to reading and material reference needs, and storage of documents for special use of Phu My Urea Plant.
