In the morning of July 10, at the office of PVFCCo, leaders held an opening Conference of the Party Executive Board – the 9th session – summing up preliminary activities in the first half and deploying tasks for the last half of 2012.
The conference was welcomed leaders of Petrovietnam including Mr. Nguyen Xuan Thang member of Standing committee and Vice Chairman of Petrovietnam’s BoD, Ms. Tran Thi Binh, Deputy Director of Petrovietnam; and leaders from PVFCCo including Mr. Bui Minh Tien – Party Secretary and Chairman, Mr. Cao Hoai Duong – Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President & CEO, Ms. Tran Thi Phuong Thao – Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairwoman of Labor Union; together with leaders and representatives from the BOD, Directors, Managers, heads of departments and member companies.
It was reported in the conference about preliminary business performance in the first 6 months with positive achievements: business targets were generally achieved and exceeded the plan, existing defects were analyzed and deployment of tasks were planned for the last half of 2012; the Party’s preliminary works in the first and deployment of tasks for the last half of 2012 were also reported in the conference. At the conference, delegates representing their divisions to express opinions on business activities, Party’s activities and coordinative works, as well as to recommend solutions for existing problems to accomplish the targets and tasks in the last half and promote the construction and development of the company’s Party.
