On September 27, 2024, at Phu My Fertilizer Plant, a ceremony was held to announce and present the decision to reappoint the Plant Director.
Attending the ceremony were several leaders of the Corporation, including Mr. Phan Cong Thanh – Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Member of the Board of Directors, and President & CEO of the Corporation; Mr. Trinh Van Khiem – Member of the Board of Directors; Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Anh – Member of the Board of Directors; Mr. Ho Quyet Thang – Member of the Board of Directors; and Mr. Dao Van Ngoc – Vice President of the Corporation. On behalf of the Plant, the ceremony was attended by the Board of Directors and heads of various departments.
Mr. Le Trong Dinh Chi, a leader with many outstanding achievements in managing Phu My Fertilizer Plant, has made significant contributions to the sustainable development of the facility. Throughout his previous term, he demonstrated his leadership capabilities and qualities, helping the plant achieve remarkable milestones in production, and solidifying its firm position in the chemical and fertilizer industry.
In his speech, Mr. Phan Cong Thanh congratulated Mr. Le Trong Dinh Chi, commending his contributions and the leadership of the Plant in maintaining safe and stable operations over the years, contributing greatly to the Corporation’s overall success. Encouraged Mr. Le to continue his leadership and focus on developing a capable successor team.
In his response, Mr. Le Trong Dinh Chi expressed sincere gratitude for the close attention and guidance from the Corporation’s leadership and for the wholehearted support of the Plant’s staff. He pledged that, under the General Director’s direction, the entire workforce would continue to strive for safe, stable, and sustainable operations while maintaining their dedication and responsibility to successfully fulfill all assigned tasks.
