Respectfully addressed to:  All PVFCCo officials and employees

On the anniversary of the establishment of PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Company, currently known as PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation (PVFCCo), on behalf of the Party Committee and the Management board, I would like to give my best wishes to all of you.

It has been 14 years since March 28, 2003 when the Chairman of the Government Office signed the Decision No. 02/2003/QD-VPCP to officially establish PVFCCo. The establishment of PVFCCo was an important preparatory step for acquisition and operation of Phu My Fertilizer Plant, a key post-stage facility of the Vietnam Oil and Gas industry in the Phu My Gas – Electricity – Fertilizer project cluster.

During 14 years of its development, the Corporation has achieved a good deal of great success and met trust and expectations of the country. Since the early days of establishing and taking over the plant, PVFCCo has quickly mastered the plant, penetrated and controlled the market share of nitrogenous fertilizers with stable output and products of top quality, making an important contribution to the agricultural sector and the Party and State’s Tam Nong policy (Agriculture, Rural Vietnam and Farmers) The business reforms and transformation of operation manner in the next stage have also brought about a lot of great successes to the National Government, the Group and shareholders. PVFCCo’s achievements in business and production have contributed to creating confidence for the Group to promote its implementation of other post-stage projects of the industry.

To achieve these successes, it is impossible not to mention the unity of agreement and the wisdom of generations of leaders, the spirit of hard work, the sense of discipline and qualifications of the officials and employees of the Corporation during the past 14 years. The Management board of PVFCCo would like to send our deep gratitude to the generations of leaders and all the officials and employees of PVFCCo for your efforts to build up and foster the development process of PVFCCo. We also feel proud of your great contributions through the stages, helping the Corporation overcome difficulties to achieve more success.

Continuing the tradition of PVFCCo, the Management board always believes that in the present and in the future, despite many difficulties and challenges, you – the members of a great family PVFCCo with full knowledge, skills, experiences, beliefs and aspirations, will continue to co-operate and contribute positively to the development of PVFCCo to the new heights.

Based on the “gratitude is the sign of noble souls” spirit, once again, the Management board would like to send sincere thanks to the generations of leaders, former seniors for having created PVFCCo’s position. We pledge to work together with the Corporation’s employees based on the shared spirit and responsibility to continue to maintain and improve the position of PVFCCo in the new development stage according to our vision and mission.
