On December 10th, 2016, Petrovietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation (PVFCCo) and the local authorities jointly held the inauguration of the Secondary School financed by PVFCCo at Lai Ha Commune, Luong Tai District, Bac Ninh Province. Attendees of the ceremony included Mr. Do Chi Thanh – Vice President of Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (PVN), Mr. Pham Tran Nguyen – Deputy Director of PVFCCo North, Mr. Vu Minh Hieu – Secretary of Luong Tai District Party Committee, other leaders of local authorities, teachers and students of Lai Ha Secondary School.
The construction of Lai Ha Secondary School started in May 2016 with PVFCCo”s sponsorship worth VND 5.5 billion. The school has 2 floors, including classrooms, office of the School Management and supporting works. The classrooms are fully equipped with teaching tools and instruments necessary for students.
On behalf of PVFCCo, Mr. Pham Tran Nguyen expressed his happiness as PVFCCo, together with the local authorities, contributed to the education socialization, in particular, Lai Ha Secondary School would facilitate education activities, helping improve education quality at this commune.
On behalf of the local authorities, Mr. Vu Minh Hieu – Secretary of Luong Tai District Party Committee expressed his deep gratitude to PVFCCo for helping to build a spacious, modern, fully-equipped school, effectively supporting teachers and students of the school.
