In order to improve knowledge and skills on fire prevention, firefighting and escape when fire occurs, in the morning of June 21, 2013, PVFCCo Central in coordination with Tap chi PCCC (Magazine of Fire Prevention and Firefighting) under the Ministry of Public Security held an event to propagate and provide fire prevention and firefighting instructions on the theme “Fire Safety in workplace and family” for all employees of the corporation. Attending the event were Mr. Nguyen Thanh Luan – Propaganda Lecturer of the Magazine of Fire Prevention and Firefighting under the Ministry of Public Security and over 30 employees of the corporation.
At the event, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Luan communicated to the employees of the corporation common knowledge about fire prevention and firefighting, initial firefighting measures, instructed to use in-site firefighting equipment in workplace, company and family, and some basic escape skills in case of fire. In the lecture were given evidences and examples through pictures of some fires occurring in the reality over the province and the country, analyzed the causes and consequences of the fires.
Through the propaganda event on fire prevention and firefighting, PVFCCo Central’s employees have collected much more practical, useful knowledge and important fire prevention and firefighting skills, had deeper understanding of the causes of fire, measures and the role of fire prevention and firefighting, aware of fire prevention to protect life, health, property of their own and family, of their workplace and company, protect environment, ensure security and social order and safety.
