In order to enhance handling capabilities in circumstances of fire and rescue for Fire prevention and firefighting teams of facilities and for employees, in the afternoon of June 22nd 2016, PVFCCo SBD – a management unit of PVFCCo Tower coordinated with the Fire prevention and firefighting team of the Administration Division of PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation (PVFCCo) and the Fire prevention and firefighting team of District 1 to organize the drill.
The drill was carried out in a serious and prompt manner, properly meeting the regulations in Fire prevention and firefighting. Thanks to the drill, the employees raised their awareness, responsibility, competence in fire prevention and firefighting, mastered the use of the available firefighting equipment; smoothly coordinated with the professional firefighting team and the local team.
The fire prevention and firefighting drill ended successfully, which showed the professionalism of employees in the building and the fire prevention and firefighting team. In the past, in Ho Chi Minh City and the whole country, numerous fire incidents took place, causing serious property losses and casualties. Therefore, the periodic drills of Fire prevention and firefighting at such a building as PVFCCo Tower are extremely necessary and in due course.
