From March 6 to March 8, 2022, PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation (PVFCCo) and Labour Union cooperated with PVFCCo Women's Department to organize an exchange program. On International Women's Day, the theme was "PVFCCo Women – Brilliant Spring." Attending the ceremony, Ms. Nghiem Thuy Lan – Member of the Executive Committee of the General Confederation, Member of the Standing Board of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Oil and Gas Union; Ms. Luong Thi Hong Nhung – Head of Communication Department – Vietnam Oil and Gas Labour Union Women. On PVFCCo's side, there was the attendance of Mr. Hoang Trong Dung – Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Corporation; Mr. Le Cu Tan – Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, General Director of the Corporation, Mr. Duong Tri Hoi – Member of the Standing Committee, Member of the Board of Directors of the Corporation, Mr. Le Thi Thu Huong – Deputy General Director of the Corporation, Mr. Tong Xuan Phong – Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Corporation's Labour Union and especially the participation of nearly 200 female employees of PVFCCo.
Speaking at the program, Mr. Hoang Trong Dung sent his best wishes to all female employees of PVFCCo, wishing all of you to always be joyful "Phu My Roses" at PVFCCo. The achievements of PVFCCo's female employees in recent times, especially their contribution and support during the intense outbreak of the Covid-19 epidemic. Women of PVFCCo overcame the difficulties and limitations of the epidemic and working conditions, implementing "3 on the spot" to ensure that PVFCCo's production and business activities always operate smoothly and complete their tasks. Mr. Hoang Trong Dung expresses encouragement to maintain and further develop their abilities to contribute to further improving the status of women in the family and society. At the same time, he pledged that the Board of Directors of the Corporation would continue to pay close attention to gender equality and the work of female cadres of PVFCCo.
On behalf of PVFCCo's Women, Ms. Nguyen Thi Ha – Head of the Women's Department of the Corporation sincerely thanked the Company's Board of Directors, the Corporation's Labour Union, for caring for the women of PVFCCo. All employees in the company, especially female employees, have many treatment regimes and create the best conditions so that women can both complete the work and still be the integrity women of the family. In 2022, all PVFCCo Women will continue to strive, improve themselves in all aspects, participate in Covid-19 epidemic prevention and control movements, actively study, work creatively, and build a family, happy and striving to complete the assigned tasks plan.
The "PVFCCo Women's Day – Colorful Spring" took place with many unique performances, bringing joy and happiness to each participating employee. During the program, there were a team-building and online running tournament, "PVFCCo Women's Day Fun Run – Dalat 2022," which created a joyful and refreshing atmosphere after the quarantine days due to the epidemic creating cohesion between sisters from the unit.
On this occasion, the Corporation's Trade Union commented, praised, and rewarded 14 collectives and 139 female employees of PVFCCo who had excellent achievements in the movement of "good at domestic work – doing housework" in 2021, to timely encouragement to help women complete their assigned tasks well.
