This afternoon (07/10/2014), the delegation of Granma newspaper – the official mouthpiece of Central Committee of Cuba’s Communist Party – led by Pelayo Terry Cuervo – the Editor-in-Chief and Karina Marron Gonzalez – chief of Local news department visited and worked at PVFCCo’s headquarters. The delegation of Granma was also accompanied by the officials of Nhan Dan’s permanent agency in Ho Chi Minh City, Ho Chi Minh City Department of External Relations. The delegation was welcomed by, on the side of PVFCCo,Mr. Le Van Quoc Viet – PVFCCo’s Vice President and representatives of the functional divisions/departments, unions and organizations.
At the meeting, on behalf of PVFCCo’s leadership, Mr. Le Van Quoc Viet warmly welcomed the honored guests to visit to PVFCCo, at the same time, introduced the general information about PVFCCo’s scope, technology, products, market, etc. and production and business results in recent years, as well as the social security activities to the delegation.
Addressed the meeting, Mr. Pelayo Terry Cuervo expressed his affection and thanks to the warm welcome of PVFCCo and admiration for the achievements that PVFCCo has gained in the process of its formation and development. Mr. Pelayo Terry Cuervo also provided some information and preferential policies of the state of Cuba to attract foreign investment in numerous sectors, including fertilizer served in agricultural production. Mr. Pelayo Terry Cuervo strongly hoped that PVFCCo would make research on Cuban fertilizer market and investment in Cuba.
