From December 09, 2012, member companies of PVFCCo have organized conferences, one after another summarizing Party activities, Production and Business activities in 2013, deployment of 2014 plans and Worker Conference 2014 with the participation of leaders from PVFCCO, leaders and employees of member companies.
In general, 2013 is a successful year for PVFCCo and its member companies. All member companies have fulfilled and exceeded 2013 plan targets, contributing to the general success of PVFCCo, and are acknowledged and praised by PVFCCo leaders. With many challenges expected in 2014, each member company prepares plans and possible solutions to further promote the Party Committee’s role in leading of political duties, innovation and improvement of the quality of Party activities; improve the quality of corporate governance and human resources; maintaining output, quality, market share of Phu My Fertilizer products; continuing the product diversification strategy with Phu My NPK, Phu My Kali, Phu My DAP…; improving customer care service; developing creative ideas in manufacturing, business, thrift practice, waste control…Worker Conferences also held confidence voting for members representing workers in regular dialogues with employers, rewarded excellent teams and individuals and launched emulation movements to teams and individuals in each member company.
