On December 30, 2020, at its headquarters, PVFCCo held PVFCCo culture and communication seminar with 120 attendants from the mother company and subsidiaries. Thanks to reports on the activities in 2020, plan for 2021 and a presentation made by a professional speaker, the workshop have excited and awakened attendants awareness of business culture, individual characteristics in organization, while highlighted and conveyed the core values of PVFCCo Culture of “Professional – Efficient; Dynamic – creative; Responsive – Shouldering; Aspiring – Far Reaching”.
Speaking at the seminar, Mr. Nguyen Tien Vinh – Chairman of the Board of Directors of affirmed that the personality and identity of PVFCCo employees had been formed for years, creating its own values in line with PetroVietnam culture. PVFCCo culture had made a significant contribution the business brand building. This seminar together with the Business Culture Implementation Plan of 2021 worked out by PVFCCo is not only an active response to PVN Culture Refresh compaign but also shows a determination and unity made by PVFCCo management and employees in building and refreshing it culture.
