In the morning of September 27, 2017, at Phu My Urea Plant, the Project Management Board of Petrochemical and Fertilizer (“PMB”) organized the Ceremony for Commissioning and Delivery for Operation of the 22/6.9-kV Distribution Substation. Among the attendants at the Ceremony, there were Mr. Tu Cuong – Vice President of PVFCCo, Mr. Le Trong Dinh Chi – Director of Phu My Fertilizer Plant, Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan – Vice President of VMR cum Project Director and representative of the Contractor Partnership, as well as representatives of Divisions/Departments of PVFCCo, Phu My Fertilizer Plant, and PMB.
As far as we know, this substation project was designed with a capacity of 2 x 12.5 MVA to supply power to development projects of PVFCCo. The project was carried out by PVMR – ECD – HTP Partnership under an EPC Contract with the Investor and was commenced from November 18, 2016. With successful power-on and upon the delivery and operation of the substation, it is expected that the substation will be able to meet power demand for the commissioning of the NH3–NPK complex project and other development projects of PVFCCo in the future.
