After 2 weeks of the program “Follow and Gifts”, aimed at promptly encouraging PVFCCo employees who actively participated, followed the Phu My Garden Shopee store, on June 24, 2024, Mr. Tong Xuan Phong – Chairman of the Trade Union of the Corporation personally came to present the lucky gifts to the winning employees at the Phu My Fertilizer Plant and Packaging Company. A total of 20 gifts were awarded in the first round of the draw, including Phu My Garden product sets and gardening tools (watering cans, gloves, spoons, plant pots, etc.).
After 2 weeks of implementation, the number of accounts following the Phu My Garden Shopee store increased by over 1,000 followers from 1,100 to more than 2,100. The “Follow and Get Gifts Immediately” program, implemented by the Corporation’s Trade Union in coordination with the Information and Communications Department with the motto “Small Action – Great Meaning,” hopes to continue receiving active support from all PVFCCo employees and workers. As of June 24, 2024, the program has achieved the goal of gaining 1,000 additional followers for the store. There will be one more lucky draw to find the recipients of the program’s gifts.
