In the morning of 12 November 2014, an Appointment Ceremony took place at the headquarter of PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation (PVFCCo), whereby Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Hieu was publicly appointed as the Head of PVFCCo’s Internal Audit Division.
Attendees of the Ceremony included Mr. Le Cu Tan – Chairman, Ms. Tran Thi Phuong Thao – Chief Supervisor, Mr. Nguyen Van Tong – Vice President and representatives from PVFCCo’s Boards/Divisions and all staff of the Internal Audit Division.
As authorized by the BOD, Mr. Truong The Vinh – Head of the Office – announced the BOD’s Decision on the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Hieu as Head of the Internal Audit Division, effective as of 10 November 2014. Chairman Le Cu Tan then handed over the Appointment Decision to Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Hieu and congratulated him on the new promotion. He also reminded the appointee that in the capacity of the leader of the Internal Audit Division, a functional department of the BOD undertaking strategic roles of counseling and evaluating PVFCCo’s control, administration and risk management systems, Mr. Hieu and the Internal Audit Division should cooperate with PVFCCo’s Executive Board and all affiliates to fulfill the assigned duties, enhance the Corporation’s value, efficiency and transparency.
At the ceremony, in response to the greetings and sharing from PVFCCo’s Management and his colleagues, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Hieu thanked them for their trust and appointment, their cooperation and support to his fulfilled duties, and promised higher cooperation efforts and further fulfillment of his assignments.
