In implementing the Contract of Market Preparation for Ca Mau Fertilizer Plant, on 16 and 17 May, 2012, Petrovietnam Ca Mau Fertilizer Company (PVCFC) in cooperation with Petrovietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation (PVFCCo), and SouthWest Petrovietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation (PVFCCo-SW) held an agent workshop to introduce Ca Mau Urea, provide instructions on product usage, storage and some information on distribution of the products to consumers in Dong Thap province.
The workshop was attended by leaders of the Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, Province’s Chief Inspector of Agricultural Supplies and local agencies and sectors involved, together with agents, stores distributing Agricultural Supplies in Dong Thap area.
At the workshop, officials of PVFCCo and PVCFC presented introduction on the product, use and storage technique, and sales promotion activities that have been implemented recently in order to give assurance to agents, stores in selling the products. In addition, PVFCCo and PVCFC can provide information to farmers during their purchase process.
Agents attending the workshop also actively discussed and raised questions about quality, product use methods for different crops; especially, the agents and stores were interested and raised a lot of questions regarding pricing, PVCFC’s sales policies for Ca Mau Urea products in the coming time.
