A house, jointly financed by the Veterans Associations of Quang Binh Province, Vietnam Oil & Gas Group (PVN) and PetroVietnam Fertilizer & Chemicals Corporation (PVFCCo), was constructed to donate to Mr. Dinh Tich, born in 1925, residing in Yen Hoa Hamlet, Hoa Tien Commune, Minh Hoa District, Quang Binh Province.
