On April 07, 2017 at Loc Ninh District, Binh Phuoc Province, PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation (PVFCCo) and Second General Department – Ministry of Defense, co-held the inaugurationceremony and handed over the “Gratitude to Comrades” house to Mr. Tran Van Quang, a former serviceman from Second General Department and also a war invalid currently facing many difficulties in life.
