Ho Chi Minh City, 11 December 2014– PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation (PVFCCo – stock code: DPM), producer and trader of Phu My fertilizer products, announced that PVFCCo’s Phu My Fertilizer Plant has outstandingly “reached” its 2014 production plan of 800,000 tons of urea 21 days ahead of schedule.
Specifically, Phu My Fertilizer Plant reached the output of 800,000 tons of urea at 20 pm on 10 December 2014, completing its production plan 21 days ahead of schedule. This is also the 8th consecutive year that Phu My Fertilizer Plant records its early completion of production plan. Given the fact that Phu My Fertilizer Plant has been continuously operating for more than 10 years, its “early accomplishment” of annual production plan is a proud achievement of PVFCCo, specifically leaders, officers and employees, engineers working directly at Phu My Fertilizer Plant, who have always well performed maintenance, safe and efficient operation, and maintained high daily average productivity.
In addition, the Plant always ensures the quality of its urea products delivered to the market. Recently, Phu My urea has also been exported to the “high demanding” markets such as New Zealand, Jordan, Europe, etc. with strict requirements for quality and environmental friendliness.
Stable and efficient operation of Phu My Fertilizer Plant and high quality products are the key factors that help PVFCCo maintain its firm position as Vietnam’s leader in production and trading of fertilizers and chemicals.
