In the atmosphere of welcoming the International Women’s Day everywhere, in the morning of March 8th, at the Head Office, PVFCCo organized a ceremony to mark the International Women’s Day of 8-3 (8/3/1910 – 8/3/2012) and 172th anniversary of Hai Ba Trung’s revolution.
The attendees of the ceremony included Mr. Bui Minh Tien – PVFCCo’s Chairman; Mr. Cao Hoai Duong – PVFCCo’s President & CEO, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hien – Vice Chairwoman; Ms. Tran Thi Phuong Thao, PVFCCo’s Trade Union Chairwoman along with members of Board of Directors, Party Committee Office, Trade Union and Communist Youth Union of PVFCCo. Especially, the ceremony was attended by all of female employees working at PVFCCo, Ho Chi Minh City Branch and PVFCCo Tower’s Management Board.
At the ceremony, Mr. Bui Minh Tien and Mr. Cao Hoai Duong sent their best wishes to female personnel, thanking their contribution to PVFCCo’s development and presenting them with beautiful flowers on the occasion of 8-3.
Earlier, on 7/3, the Domestic Science Committee of PVFCCo’s Trade Union held a picnic for female employees of PVFCCo and member units in HCM City. During the picnic, the female personnel were given introductions to the history, stories and characteristics of Tien Giang Province. In addition, they also participated in team building games such as wrapping coconut candies, boat race, crossing a rope bridge, enjoying fruits and listening to Southern amateur folklore music.
