From August 23rd to September 3rd, 2015, in the investor meeting program in Sans Francisco and New York (US), representatives of PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation (PVFCCo) leadership and IR Team received several major investment funds keen on investment opportunities in emerging markets in an effort to introduce them to investment and cooperation opportunities with DPM and PVFCCo shares.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Hien – Vice Chairwoman of BOD, Information Disclosure Officer and representatives of IR Team went at length to brief investors on the Company history, current operations and mid-term and long-term projects, capital arrangement tendency of investment projects in order to reach targets of PVFCCo’s development strategy in the coming phase.
Meetings were held in person and by conference call. Involved investment funds included Fidelity, AllianceBernstein, Driehaus, Neon Capital, Lord Abett & Co… At the meetings, those investment funds spent remarkable time to learn about business results, factors impacting upon competitiveness as well as potential development of PVFCCo. Apart from highly rating the standing and achievements recorded by PVFCCo over recent years, the investors also gave comments and advice for optimizing corporate governance performance of PVFCCo.
This is the first time that PVFCCo carried out the investor meeting program at the world’s largest financial centers with the co-operation and support from major partners including HSBC, Auerbach Grayson, Saigon Asset Management and Ho Chi Minh City Securities Corporation (HSC).
