DPM discloses information on selecting the auditor for FY2014, as follows:
The Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board have unanimously agreed to implement the selection procedures according to laws regulations.
On June 06, 2014, the Board of Directors has issued the Resolution adopting the selection of auditor for PVFCCo”s 2014 financial statements: Deloitte Vietnam Co., Ltd.
