On August 25, 2016, at Dai Tu District, Thai Nguyen Province, PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation (PVFCCo), in collaboration with the local authority, held the Inauguration and Handover Ceremony for Khoi Ky Junior High School – the construction works financed by PVFCCo. Attendees included Mr. Mai Minh Phuong – Deputy Head of Marketing and Communications Division from PVFCCo and local leaders, teachers and students of Khoi Ky Junior High School.
The Khoi Ky Junior High School works – 2-storied building with 10 class rooms – was built from August 2015 and financed by PVFCCo with the total value of VND 4.5 billion. The building has 2 floors, 10 class rooms. The classrooms are fully equipped with teaching tools and instruments necessary for students. The school was put into operation as replacement for the old school currently in serious disrepair.
Addressing the ceremony, on behalf of PVFCCo, Mr. Mai Minh Phuong shared his happiness with PVFCCo’s contribution to the movement of education socialization, in particular, Khoi Ky Secondary School would facilitate the teaching, studying activities, helping improve the education quality in this commune. On behalf of local authorities, the chairman of Dai Tu District People’s Committee expressed his deep gratitude to PVFCCo employees who financed a spacious, modern, fully-equipped school for the local residents, effectively supporting the teaching and studying operation of this school.
