On November 27th and 28th, 2016, in Ba Ria – Vung Tau, PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation (PVFCCo) held the Team Building Program 2016 with the title “Solidarity – Breakthrough – Success”. Attendees of the program included PVFCCo’s Leadership, over 300 employees of Office Division and representatives of member companies.

Following the success of Team Building Programs 2011, 2012 and 2014, this year’s Team Building Program aimed at closely connecting the relationship among employees, further fueling the enthusiasm and creativity fire of members of PVFCCo’s great family in order to achieve success in the coming time. All employees taking part in the program were divided into 12 teams to compete with each other and overcome challenges set by the program. In the afternoon, the teams jointly participated in exciting, colorful exercise games full of meaning about solidarity, coordination, mutual trust and joint effort to overcome challenges: each employee has his or her own personal feature, yet when assembled  in team,  those mixed distinctive features will create a diverse yet harmonious and affectionate picture of PVFCCo.

The Gala Dinner was held in the evening, highlighted by a “home-made” artistic contest among 12 teams with fascinating, attractive and stunning well-prepared performances, which truly brought moments of happiness and excitement to all participants.  

Speaking at the Team Building Program, Mr. Le Cu Tan, Party Committee Secretary, BOD Chairman of PVFCCo praised all employees for their effort to support PVFCCo in accomplishing its production and sales targets. Given the current situation with many difficulties, PVFCCo’s Leadership hoped that this year’s Team Building Program titled: “Solidarity – Breakthrough – Success” would not only create relaxing and enjoyable moments for employees but also help improve the solidarity, strengthen motivation in overcoming challenges in the coming time in order to keep lifting up PVFCCo to a new height of development.

With the program’s excitement and the effort, solidarity of each member in each team, the Team Building Program 2016 was closed successfully, leaving a good impression to every participant.
