PVFCCo operates a governance model comprising the General Meeting of Shareholders, the Board of Directors, the Supervisory Board, and the General Director, in full compliance with the Law on Enterprises No. 59/2020/QH14 and relevant guiding Decrees and Circulars. Participation in domestic industry associations constitutes an important component of PVFCCo’s business activities oriented toward sustainable development.
