PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation, abbreviated name: PVFCCo, stock code DPM (HSX), is a member of Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group. Established in 2003, PVFCCo's development journey has spanned 2 decades and achieved the position of a leading unit in the Vietnamese fertilizer industry.
PVFCCo has a team of experienced personnel of about 1,500 people, owns a modern factory complex, high-quality Phu My product line, a wide distribution and business system, annually supplying over 1.2 million tons of fertilizers and chemicals to the domestic and international markets. Group
Trade Union
The Trade Union of PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation (PVFCCo Trade Union), formerly the Trade Union of PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Company, was established on April 26, 2004 under Decision No. 184/QD-CĐDK of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Oil and Gas Trade Union. Currently, the Executive Committee of the Trade Union Term V (Term 2023 - 2028) consists of 15 comrades representing more than 1,600 trade union members with 09 affiliated grassroots trade unions. Throughout the development process, in addition to performing the function of representing employees, PVFCCo Trade Union has always accompanied the government to carry out and successfully complete the production and business tasks of the Corporation.
With its important contributions to the Corporation and its employees, PVFCCo Trade Union has been commended and recognized with many proud awards from the Vietnam Oil and Gas Trade Union, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, and was especially honored to receive the Third Class Labor Medal awarded by the President on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of its establishment (April 26, 2004 - April 26, 2014).

Youth Union
Established on March 26, 2004 by Decision No. 260/BTV-QDTC on the establishment of the Youth Union of the PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemical Company, under the Youth Union of the Petroleum Sector in Ho Chi Minh City. On June 26, 2014: The Youth Union of the Central Enterprise Sector issued Decision No. 214/QD/DTNK-TCKT recognizing the Youth Union organization as being assigned authority at the grassroots level.
Throughout the process of construction and development, the Youth Union of the Corporation has always been a young, pioneering force in activities serving production and business, cultural, sports, social security activities, etc. Currently, the Corporation has nearly 500 Youth Union members working at 8 Youth Union bases with 15 comrades in the Executive Committee of the Corporation Youth Union. With its outstanding achievements, the Corporation's Youth Union has received the Prime Minister's Certificate of Merit and many Certificates of Merit from central and local organizations.

Veterans Association
The Veterans Association of PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation (PVFCCo) was established on April 8, 2010 under Decision No. 47/QD-DKVNCCB of the Executive Committee of the Veterans Association of Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group. Currently, the Association's Executive Committee consists of 7 comrades with 114 members and is divided into 03 affiliated branches and 06 sub-branches under the Factory Veterans Association.
The members of the Veterans Association are Uncle Ho's soldiers on the economic front; with the nature of soldiers, they always strictly follow the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws, work with discipline and efficiency, and make significant contributions to the development of the Corporation. With their outstanding achievements; In 2017, the Corporation's Veterans Association received a Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister in Decision No. 1083/QD-TTg dated July 27, 2017.
