On 10 September 2014, The Ministry of Finance issues the circular 131/2014/TT-BTC for reforming the tariff on fertilizer imports with fertilizer products belong to group 31.02 at incentive import list promulgated along with the circular 164/2013/TT-BTC on 15 November 2013.    

Under the circular, the raising tariff on urea from 3% – 6% ( whether or not in aqueous solution).

This circular is effective from 10 September 2014.
