The ceremony was attended by Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hoa – Party Secretary and Chairman of the Board of Directors (BOD); Mr. Phan Cong Thanh – Deputy Party Secretary, BOD Member, and President & CEO; along with members of the Party Standing Committee, the BOD, the Board of Management, the Supervisory Board, and leadership representatives across the Corporation and its subsidiaries. The meeting was held at PVFCCo headquarters and connected virtually to regional operating units.

During the program, the BOD's official decision was announced and awarded to Mr. Le Trong Dinh Chi – Director of Phu My Fertilizer Plant, appointing him to the position of Corporation Vice President, effective November 1, 2026. Mr. Le Trong Dinh Chi was also assigned by the President & CEO to continue overseeing the direct operations of Phu My Fertilizer Plant.

Mr. Le Trong Dinh Chi possesses comprehensive professional training and extensive leadership experience across the Corporation's technical and production divisions. He progressed through key milestones—from a foundational technical officer during the initial handover and plant commissioning phase, to Plant Director of Phu My Fertilizer Plant, and now to Corporation Vice President.

Congratulating and assigning directives to the newly appointed executive, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hoa, Party Secretary and BOD Chairman, emphasized that this appointment reflects not only the confidence of leadership and staff in Mr. Chi and the plant's proven personnel, but also the strategic trust placed by the leadership of Petrovietnam in PVFCCo. Chairman Nguyen Xuan Hoa expressed strong confidence that, with his deep expertise, professional competence, and dedication to the PVFCCo family, Mr. Le Trong Dinh Chi will unite with corporate leadership to quickly set the operational rhythm in his new capacity. He also requested all divisions, departments, and member units to extend comprehensive support to Mr. Chi.

In his acceptance speech, Mr. Le Trong Dinh Chi expressed his deep honor and sincere gratitude for the trust bestowed upon him. Fully aware of this responsibility and actively embracing the strategic directives from the Party Secretary and BOD Chairman, he pledged his utmost dedication to executing assigned duties, while looking forward to continued guidance from corporate leadership and seamless collaboration across all divisions and subsidiaries to advance the Corporation's shared success.
