PVFCCo - Phu My Announces Appointment of Project Management Board Director

On the morning of April 2nd, at Phu My Tower, the PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation - JSC (PVFCCo - Phu My) solemnly held a ceremony to announce and present decisions on the transfer and appointment of personnel.

Attending the ceremony were Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hoa - Party Secretary, Chairman of the Board of Directors; Mr. Phan Cong Thanh - Deputy Party Secretary, President & CEO; along with members of the Board of Directors, the Executive Board, and leaders of functional departments and member units.

Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hoa emphasized that to meet the increasing demands of practice and the large disbursement target for 2025, the Project Management Board needs to continue to strengthen its organizational capacity and operational mechanisms.

At the ceremony, the Corporation announced its decision to relieve Mr. Dao Van Ngoc, its Deputy General Director, from the position of Director of the Project Management Board. Phu My's leadership highly appreciates and acknowledges Mr. Dao Van Ngoc’s contributions during his tenure at the Project Management Board, especially his efforts in maintaining a stable operating system and promoting practical preparatory investment activities.

In addition, the Corporation presented the decision to transfer and appoint Mr. Tran Tuan Kiet - Deputy Head of the Finance - Accounting Department - to the position of Director of the Project Management Board, while also assigning him as Secretary of the Project Management Board's Party Cell to ensure unity in leadership and comprehensive management.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hoa emphasized that the restructuring of the Project Management Board’s personnel is a key focus in the process of restructuring Phu My’s investment system. Recently, the Project Management Board has gradually built up its team and played an important role in implementing key projects. However, to meet increasing practical demands and the large disbursement target for 2025, the Project Management Board needs to continue strengthening its organizational capacity and operational mechanisms while fostering a more proactive and open working environment.

Mr. Tran Tuan Kiet - Deputy Head of the Finance - Accounting Department - has been transferred and appointed to the position of Director of the Project Management Board.

“We believe that, with his professional competence, personal qualities, and long-term commitment to the Corporation, Mr. Tran Tuan Kiet will, together with the Project Management Board, steer the ship steadily, building a stable and efficient organization. Additionally, he should proactively propose transparent, fair, and measurable policies and mechanisms. This foundation will help the Project Management Board successfully implement projects, especially as Phu My is accelerating the development strategy of the chemical sector,” emphasized Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hoa.

In his acceptance speech, Mr. Tran Tuan Kiet expressed his sincere gratitude to the Corporation's leadership for their trust and commitment to upholding a spirit of responsibility, unity with the Project Management Board team to implement projects on schedule, ensuring quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness.

The Corporation also announced and presented other important personnel decisions previously. Specifically, Mr. Mai Minh Phuong, the Deputy Chief of the Corporation's Office, was transferred and appointed Deputy Chief of the Party—union Office of the Corporation, and Ms. Nguyen Quynh Chau Anh was appointed Deputy Chief of the Corporation's Office.

Ms. Nguyen Quynh Chau Anh has been appointed as Deputy Chief of the Corporation's Office.
