16 June 2011, BOD of Petrovietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation (PVFCCo, code: DPM) decided to buy 18 million shares, value 180 billion VND or 10% charter capital of Petrovietnam Petrochemical and Textile Fiber Joint Stock Company (PV TEX) from PVFC (code PVF)
After transaction, DPM hold 45 million shares with value 450 billion VND or 25% charter capital of PV TEX.
