PVFCCo - Phu My (Stock code:DPM) to Finalize Shareholder Record Date for 15% Cash Dividend This Month
With a charter capital of over VND 6,800 billion—equivalent to nearly 680 million outstanding shares—DPM is estimated to disburse over VND 1,019 billion for this dividend payout.
The Board of Directors of Petrovietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation (PVFCCo - Phú Mỹ, HoSE: DPM) has recently approved a resolution to implement the 2025 cash dividend payout plan at a rate of 15%, equivalent to VND 1,500 per share. This payout ratio is higher than the 12% scheme (VND 1,200 per share) previously approved by shareholders at the General Meeting.
According to the resolution signed on July 16, DPM will execute the 2025 cash dividend payment sourced from the corporation's undistributed post-tax profit. The Board of Directors tasked the General Director with notifying the record date for shareholder entitlement within July 2026 and executing the payment in full compliance with current regulations.
With a charter capital of over VND 6,800 billion, corresponding to nearly 680 million outstanding shares, DPM is estimated to disburse over VND 1,019 billion to fulfill this dividend payment to shareholders.
Holding 59.59% of DPM's charter capital, Petrovietnam expects to receive approximately VND 607 billion in dividends from this 2025 distribution round.
The dividend increase follows a prosperous business year for PVFCCo - Phú Mỹ. In 2025, the company recorded consolidated revenue of VND 16,564.4 billion, fulfilling 133% of its annual plan and marking a 23% increase compared to 2024. Consolidated post-tax profit reached VND 1,095 billion, exceeding the annual target by 342% and surging 98% year-on-year.

For 2026, DPM has set a more conservative business plan, targeting consolidated revenue of over VND 17,600 billion and post-tax profit of VND 680 billion—significantly lower than last year's actual performance. On this basis, the enterprise plans to submit a proposed 2026 cash dividend payout of 12% of par value to shareholders.
Regarding production activities, PVFCCo - Phú Mỹ aims to produce 902,700 tons of converted Phu My Urea and 180,000 tons of Phu My NPK this year.
