On 22/02/2012, at the Meeting Hall of Navy High Command in Hai Phong City, the ceremony of presenting the audio and light system to Navy’s Art Troupe was held. Attending the ceremony were Mr. Dinh The Huynh – Politburo member, Secretary of CPV’s Central Committee, Head of CPV’s Propaganda and Education Commission, Lt. Gen. Nguyen Tuan Dung, Deputy Chairman of the Political General Department of the Vietnam People"s Army and Vice Admiral Tran Thanh Huyen, Party Committee Secretary, Political Commissar of the Navy Service.
