Labor Union of PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation (PVFCCo), was established on April 26, 2004, according to Resolution No. 184/QD-CDK of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Oil and Gas Labor Union. Currently, the Executive Committee of the 5th Term Labor Union (2023 – 2028) consists of 15 individuals representing more than 1600 union members from 09 affiliated grassroots Labor unions. Throughout its development, in addition to representing the interests of the workers, PVFCCo Labor Union has always accompanied the authorities in fulfilling production and business tasks of the Corporation.

With significant contributions to the Corporation and the welfare of the workers, PVFCCo Labor Union has received recognition and numerous forms of commendation from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the Vietnam Labor Federation. Particularly, the Labor Union was honored to receive the Third-class Labor Medal from the State President on the occasion of its 10th anniversary (April 26, 2004 – April 26, 2014).

The current Chairman of the Corporation’s Labor Union is Mr. Tống Xuân Phong.

Established on March 26, 2004, under Resolution No. 260/BTV-QDTC, the Youth Union of PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation (PVFCCo) operates as a grassroots unit under the Vietnam Oil and Gas Group’s Youth Union in Ho Chi Minh City. On June 26, 2014, the Central Enterprise Youth Union issued Resolution No. 214 QD/DTNK-TCKT, officially recognizing the Youth Union as an organization with delegated authority.

Throughout its development and growth, the PVFCCo Youth Union has always been a vanguard force, leading in various activities serving production, business, culture, sports, and social welfare. Currently, the entire Corporation has nearly 500 union members working at 8 union bases, with 15 individuals in the Executive Committee of the Corporation’s Youth Union. With its exemplary achievements, the PVFCCo Youth Union has received commendations from the Prime Minister, as well as numerous Certificates of Commendation and Appreciation from various central and local youth organizations.

The current Secretary of the PVFCCo Youth Union is Mr. Phạm Chí Trung.

The Veterans Association of PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation (PVFCCo) was established on April 8, 2010, according to Resolution No. 47/QD-DKVNCCB of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group Veterans Association. Currently, the Executive Committee consists of 7 individuals with 114 members, divided into 03 affiliated branches and 06 sub-branches under the Veterans Association of the Plants.

The members of the Veterans Association are former soldiers who served on the economic frontlines. With the spirit of soldiers, they has always been strictly adhere to the Party’s guidelines, state policies, laws, and contribute significantly to the development of the Corporation through disciplined and efficient work. Recognizing their outstanding achievements, in 2017, the Veterans Association of PVFCCo was awarded the Certificate of Merit by the Prime Minister under Resolution No. 1083/QD-TTg on July 27, 2017.

The current Chairman of the Corporation’s Veterans Association is Mr. Trịnh Văn Khiêm.
