Ho Chi Minh City, December 23, 2021 – PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation (PVFCCo) announces the start of the "Spring of love - Tet of sharing" program. PVFCCo will give nearly 20,000 Tet gifts to disadvantaged households with a total value of almost 10 billion VND.

The program "Spring of love - Tet of sharing" was simultaneously implemented by PVFCCo from December 21, 2021, to mid-January 2022, at more than 100 locations in nearly 50 provinces and cities across the country. The recipients of gifts are households with challenging circumstances (poor households, near-poor households, policy households, households with special circumstances, disadvantaged families, households seriously affected by the Covid-19 epidemic), orphans due to the unfortunate death of their parents to Covid-19…). The average value of each gift is 500,000 VND, including necessities and cash used during the Lunar New Year to help people enjoy Spring and welcome the warm and meaningful Lunar New Year.

To organize this program, PVFCCo has closely coordinated with organizations and units with relevant functions such as Vietnam Fatherland Front, Red Cross, and local authorities at all levels. The list of receiving Tet gifts is announced, voted, and confirmed by mass organizations and local authorities.

Giving Tet gifts is PVFCCo's practical sharing with families facing many difficulties across the country, especially in remote, rural, and severely affected areas by the Covid pandemic. -19. This is also one of the social security programs that PVFCCo strengthens to implement in 2021 to help the less fortunate have a fuller and warmer Tet holiday.
